As far as I know, there are no Motorola Spy Phone modifications.

The spy phones are on the market, since I provide links on buying them. The software is modified to provide this functionality. I’m not prepared to say how they are made though. You would have to research all of the sellers and find out if they are prepared to ship to Uganda.

Are the phone like 3310 and 8210 already on market have spy modes. and how are they set?. Are these phones available in Uganda?

The phones do work in South Africa, and you can get one from Tracker Shack (http://www.trackershack.co.uk). Payment is by Paypal and by credit card I believe.
