That doesn’t surprise me, as the unit is so small, audio quality is easily comprimised.

Yup… but fighting GSM components into an adaptor like above is near impossible without specialist GSM knowledge.

£1,000 for a small transmitter in the space inside a main adapter! Ridiculuous price. You could make your own with not too much trouble.
