In Ear Receiver

The Invisity In-Ear Radio Receiver is a tiny little one-way ear-piece that fits into the ear and is almost invisible. The device has been designed for TV reporters, politicians, business directors, product demonstrators and any other person who might need information whilst presenting something. However, this could potentially be used for surveillance operations too.

The radio signal can be transmitted using a number of matching transmitter devices, which avoids the need for an induction loop as with conventional covert earpieces. What I really like about this earpiece is that its programmable to any specific frequency you require within a 7MHz band. This is perfect if you have a range of these earpieces in use in the same area. You can choose them to be at the same or different frequencies to match the operational requirements.

The receiver uses a tiny button cell to power the device, but has a surprisingly useful 13 hours working life. And here’s the best bit. It weighs less than 2 grams even with the battery!

For more detailed information, have a look at the brochures at the bottom of the product page. A lack of price on the site does concern me that its expensive though.
