Biometric Safe Box

A lot of people keep valuables in the home that are exposed to theft because they are either hidden or kept in a safe that is pretty easy to penetrate. The fingerprint safe box is a safe, biometric locker that can be used to quickly and easily lock up valuables in the home, such as family heirlooms, jewellery and more.
The biometric safe box relies on the individual’s fingerprint to access the safe. A biometric safe has an added advantage over a tradional key-based access because burglers are extremely skillful at being able to pennetrate key locks if they are very determined. Of course, there is also the risk of a losing a key.
So how does it work? When you get the fingerprint safe box, you’ll follow the directions that come with it to program your fingerprint into the safe box. Anytime you want to open the safe after this, you’ll have to put your finger into the pad, and it will open up. It will only give access to the fingerprint that matches the fingerprint stored into the system. Although it does not specifically state as such, I would imagine it is capable of storing more than one fingerprint password.
One the downside, it does require a couple of AA batteries and does not state whether the passwords stored are retrieved when replacing the batteries or that they need to be programmed into it again.
A box like this is probably more for the purpose of giving a person peace of mind that any valuables in it will be extremely difficult to lose or have stolen rather than providing air tight security.
