This lie detector is a bit different from the others. It actually shocks if someone is caught lying. This reminds me of an episode from The Simpsons, where each member of the family had put a strange device on their on their head that, when anytime someone lied or disagreed, they would be shocked by other members of the family, but after awhile chaos ensued and the power supply went out.

This gadget is a lie detector that shocks anytime it believes a lie is being told. The shock element is quite a novel idea and is designed to discourage those tested, from lying. But the power of the shock itself is fairly tame, which means it not much other than the novelty aspect, although it can still give a tingling sensation.

The person been intorregated places his/her hand (palm) on the dectector which is strapped on. A person will oviously do the questioning, and anytime the detector feels a fib is being told, a shock will be emitted. This device is aimed more at those who are looking to have a bit of fun, much like getting together with friends to play a board game. The accuracy of the device is neither here nor there because it is no way near foolproof as far as discriminating a truth from a lie, but there is nothing like testing it for yourself. It is a still a very fun item to have. If you are looking for a serious lie detector, it is advised you look elswhere, however.
