Safe That Shocks!

We have covered several types of safes to store valuables in the home, ranging from biometric solutions for the more valuable items to storage that look like everyday household products like jars, drink cans, etc for keeping a few notes and coins that are designed to deceive. Here is one that is an even more bizarre solution; its a safe that shocks anyone attempting to open the safe but failing to get the right combination.
The safe will simply shock those trying to open it but getting the code wrong, so if a person gets it wrong the first time, they won’t likely attempt it again. It does not stop the owner receiving one in case they manage to forget the code themselves. It does not mention the power of the shock itself, but I would imagine it might be quite painful too prevent a retry. Also, there is no mention of how it can be reprogrammed in case combination is forgotten.
This safe can be ideal to hide away few valuables that you do not wish any of your family or friends to see or get their hands on, it is not an alternative to real secure type of safes that are intended to be more burglar-proof because this is way too small and light and can simply be taken away with ease.
It seems to me this is more of a novelty item that combines the aspect of security quite well but without it being hardcore defence, which I guess was never meant to be the case anyhow.

Nice device, but I assume this won’t be useful for keeping large quantity, like money, jewel boxes,… It can be used to test and nothing more. I won’t recommend for high volume and more precious items.
