Low-cost and legal phone signal blocker

Mobile phone blocking bag

Ok, the title is a little misleading, and that was intentional. This cell phone signal blocker pouch allows you to stop a mobile phone from getting network coverage by placing the phone in a specially designed RF-shielded bag. This means you can stop anyone calling you, since the phone doesn’t have enough signal with the network to allow a call to take place.

Home spying with a Hairdryer, Plant and Coffee Mug

Coffee Mug Spy Camera

It’s no secret that spy cameras are everywhere, and this is perfectly demonstrated with covert cameras hidden in a coffee mug, household plant and a hairdryer!

The coffee mug camera has got to be the ugliest mug that I’ve ever seen! (heh, am sure there’s a good joke here!) Interestingly the mug camera uses 8xAA batteries to power the camera transmitter, giving it an impressive 12 hours of transmitting time. However, that would make for a very heavy mug! However, it would be a perfect office pen and pencil holder, allowing it to be used for office spying without attracting much attention.

Hiding valuables in a drink and cushion?

Wednesday, December 5th, 2007
Brisk Tea Safe Review

The “out of sight, out of mind” saying is so true when it comes to security. If you can’t see the valuables, its less likely to tempt opportunist thieves from stealing those valuables. This is why there are so many campaigns telling you not to leave anything of value inside your car, as its relatively easy to break the window and steal something from the car seat. On the theme of safes, we have a very convincing safe inside a Brisk Iced Tea Bottle.

Spyke Wifi Robot

Something that feels more like a toy, but will captivate the attention of virtually any bloke is the Spyke Wifi Robot. Spyke is supposedly the first pre-built robot available that uses an existing WiFi connection to control it. This novel spy robot can move, watch, hear, speak, take pictures as well as record video and sound. And here’s a cool feature, when the battery runs low, Spyke returns back to its charging station automatically!

Phone Jammer Devices - Big and Small

Portable Jammer Review

Phone jammers remain one of the most desirable spy gadgets next to spy cameras (no statistic, just based on my unproven observations!). Having reviewed a number of phone jammers on Spy Review, I thought I’d feed your hunger with a couple more phone jammers. Both are really portable units, but they differ considerably in capabilities.

Motion Detector Phone Review

This Motion Detecting Landline Telephone uses a built in PIR detector that will call a designated telephone if triggered. Once you’ve answered the call, you can listen to what’s going on around the phone for up to 30 seconds. After that 30 seconds, the alarm re-arms itself and will call you can if triggered again.

Potpourri Basket GSM Bug - Surveillance never smelt so sweet!

Monday, November 5th, 2007
Pot Pourri Review

I had so many ideas for puns for this post… such as “The essences of audio surveillance”, “Bugging your smelly little basket”, “Sticking your nose in someone’s business”. TrackerShack is at it again with their wild imagination on how he can conceal GSM bugs into everyday objects. Their latest creation is hiding a top quality GSM bug in a basket of Pot Pourri!
