The BedBunker Safe

Saturday, October 10th, 2009

In the old days valuables were commonly stored under the mattress (or even in a container buried in the earth). The idea was that if you were sleeping on something, nobody could get at it. However, times have changed and now people use safes to keep their valuables, whether money, documents, jewellery or other precious items.

These days beds often come with storage space because otherwise the space under the bed actually is wasted space, particularly in areas where land prices are high, rooms are small and space should not be wasted. However, it tends to be for clothes or somewhere to store away things that are rarely needed.

KGB Disappearing Ink pen

Sunday, September 27th, 2009

On the subject of spy pen, here is another. This time a pen that allows what is written to become invisible with passing time. Traditionally these types of pens have been available as children’s spy gadgets, but this one is for adults or it could be used by anybody for that matter.

During the infamous cold war between the US and the USSR the KGB had developed this disappearing ink pen. Now this pen is available for sale in the US and anybody can buy it off the net. The pen writes like a normal pen, but what is written slowly disappears, leaving a blank sheet of paper.

Reappearing Ink Pen

Sunday, September 27th, 2009

Sometimes pen and paper are best to use – after all the written word endures though stuff that is written digitally may disappear due to failed or defective material. Disks, pen drives, microchips and other technologically advanced products sometimes do stop working for no reason.

And at times it just makes sense to write with pen and paper; it is fast and easy. But what happens if you don’t want anybody to read what you have written? Perhaps you are a covert operative passing on instructions. Perhaps you have a business plan which you don’t want others to read. Perhaps you have a secret blueprint that you don’t want to get into the wrong hands. Perhaps you have details of passwords, bank account information or other sensitive data which you want to keep safe from others, but accessible to you.

Protect Your Valuables with enigmaTAG

Sunday, July 19th, 2009

This is not a security tag like the one upmarket shops use to tag expensive stuff to prevent shoplifting. In fact this is not a tag but an invisible solution which you can use on your valuable items.

enigmaTAG just has to be dabbed on your possessions and it creates an invisible finger print which the police can identify with the use of special scanners or glow under a UV light so there are greater chances of your getting your valuables back.

An Extra Safe and Secure Briefcase

Thursday, May 28th, 2009

If you are carrying valuable documents, cash or other important or expensive things in a briefcase and you do this often enough, you may want to invest in a case which is safe and secure and not just in terms of lockability. This particular one is supposed to be theft proof with an alarm and shock system.

The briefcase is ‘armed’ so it is loss proof. It emits a high voltage electric shock from all over to disable the thief and make him throw it away. It can also emit a shrill piercing sound in case somebody tries to make off with it. The sound volume exceeds 85db and electric shock power voltage exceeds 30kV. Both these functions are inbuilt and can be remotely operated.

Mobile Phone Signal Blocker Bag

Thursday, March 26th, 2009

On the face of it this seems like a really cool idea. There are many places where usage of mobile phones is banned or the user is asked to switch off his or her phone. In educational institutions, hospitals, doctor’s clinics, during business meetings and conferences, in cinema halls and live theater performances, a ringing cell phone can prove to be an unwanted distraction.
